This client is proud of his heritage so in the trunk I made him a tribute to remind him where he came from. I also added headrest screens and a DVD Changer using Alpine's "HUB Pro" off of the factory head unit. Enjoy.

2005 SATURN ION CUSTOM DASH KIT

This is another example on how an aftermarket head unit can look more like factory. Again, same as the others, I mount the deck first and make sure its straight/solid/level. I then make sure the dash can fit around the stereo and trim anything if needed. Then I attach the new radio trim ring to the cars dash, sometimes you might need to add some "abs" plastic to fill in the gaps, this is way better than trying to just fill it body filler/bond because you are guaranteed not to have any cracks in the future. Once you have all the "big" gaps filled with other plastic, its time then to apply your filler, it the area is needing a good bit of filler, start with long strand 'Kitty hair' (bondo with long fiberglass fibers mixed within), if its not too big then use short strand (Filler that has short fiberglass fibers mixed within), if its minimal then use plain bond and if its tiny use body glaze(Finishing bondo). If you start with a bigger gap just work your way down the line to make your "custom dash" last forever. Take a look at all the other projects as it will help you understand the process a ton better. 2002 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE CUSTOM SUB ENCLOSURE AND AMP RACK

This Client just likes going "Big" with wheels and bass. So to match his 24" shoes, I hooked him up with some big Kicker power and Subs. He liked RDS and his initials were RD and that's why just the RD ended up on the sub box/amp rack.

2003 CADILLAC ESCALADE CUSTOM DASH AND SUB ENCLOSURE WITH AMP RACK

This Escalade came to me in a odd condition with the factory radio beat right up and who wants a factory radio anyways??? So out it came and I custom molded the new Alpine trim ring into the dash and I custom built a fiberglass sub box with a place for the amp to sit in the middle. The equipment was supplied by the the client (Amp and Subs)

2003 TOYOTA CELICA CUSTOM AMP RACK/SUB ENCLOSURE AND TRUNK SET UP

This Client wanted her car to reflect the person she is so I added the wording "Minx" that i cut out by hand and then covered in the "Flocking" process (blue). I built the sub enclosure into the spare tire well and gave it a full trim panel "false floor" effect then added a custom fiberglass amp rack to give the installation some added depth.

1979 MERCEDES 560SL CUSTOM SUB BOX/AMP RACK IN BACKSEAT AREA

This Client wanted some bass out of his SL but didn't want it to look too out of place. I did in pretty simply, just starting with a hood position for the 10" sub and then built a framing system to hold the amp rack. I then trimmed it out with a panel covered in factory Mercedes carpet and a small vent for the sub.

1997 DODGE "sleeper"NEON, CUSTOM AUDIO AND NITROS

This Clients Dodge Neon is not one to think "its only a Neon", I started this car with a basic false floor set-up. After a break-in he decided to take his Neon to a different level but he still wanted a stereo. I added 2 Nitros bottles with 2 fiberglass sub boxes and a custom amp rack.
