PORSCHE CAYANNE CUSTOM DASH KIT AND HEADREST SCREENS

This Porsche was a pleasure to work on, once again I wanted the head unit to look like it was factory installed. I had to attach the pocket to the factory radio and then start to make the Alpine head unit fit. This is time consuming to do but can be done in under 8hrs. These photos show step by step on how I build my custom dash kits using the factory radios as my outer trim and mold in the aftermarket trim ring for a nice factory finish. Enjoy

INFINITI G35 CUSTOM FIBERGLASS TRUNK SETUP

This G35 wanted to standout a bit more than the ones with basic sub boxes, I added a 19" screen on the trunk lid, a Sony PS3, Alpine Subs and Amps. With these photos you can get a good idea in how to do this, its all about preparation and making really good templates to work off of.

1979 MERCEDES 560SL CUSTOM SUB BOX/AMP RACK IN BACKSEAT AREA

This Client wanted some bass out of his SL but didn't want it to look too out of place. I did in pretty simply, just starting with a hood position for the 10" sub and then built a framing system to hold the amp rack. I then trimmed it out with a panel covered in factory Mercedes carpet and a small vent for the sub.

1992 ACURA INTEGRA CUSTOM TRUNK LAYOUT

In this Integra I must have done about 5 complete systems in over the years that I have know this client. I redid the trunk area to give it a cleaner more modern look. This setup also covers the Air Ride tank and 2 compressors but is easy enough yo service by just removing the center panel. The top of the box is done in fiberglass and the rest was done with trim panels to gold the amps on each side.

1999 DODGE RAM CUSTOM FIBERGLASS AUDIO

This one of the nicest clients ever, i believe hes in his early 70's and hes building this truck for himself but also to pass it down to his grandson. He loves details as you can see and even a little bit of bass from his music. He knew that his factory radio wasn't going to cut it anymore so we upgraded to a Double din Alpine multimedia head unit with DVD player, upgraded to a 6.5" component speaker set in the doors and i custom made a sub enclosure/amp rack/storage unit behind the regular cab bench seat. Here are some pics of what was needed to get the lager head unit in the dash and the custom enclosure. After/During/Before Photos,Thanks for viewing.
